Afternnon speakers were Mike Smith, M.D. - "Guadacanal - One of WWII's Most Critical Battles"
and Scrap Lundy - "The Unknown Heros of Cannery Row"

Mike Smith was the first diver for the day, followed by Gene Webb and Carolyn Parnell. The day was blustery and cool; the water choppy and cold which shortened the days diving activities.

The Whalers Museum offers a look back at the days this when this was a working whalers station. Old abalone dive gear is on display along with many other interesting artifacts
